Meeting Rooms
The Library has three meeting rooms available for the public to use.
The Auditorium and the Plaskett Room are primarily for meetings conducted, initiated or co-sponsored by the Library.

The Auditorium and Plaskett Rooms are available free of charge to local organizations for meetings, and

Public programmes of a scientific, artistic, literary, civic or educational nature.

The meetings and programmes must not be for commercial purposes.

The Plaskett Room holds 15 to 20 people and The Auditorium holds approximately 75 people.

Qualified groups may book a room for a maximum of once per month, up to 3 months in advance.

The Group Study Room in the Reference Department is available for groups of 2 or more persons to study for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Sign-up must be done in person at the Reference Desk on the day of use.

Photocopiers
The Library has self-service black and white photocopiers available for public use. One is located on the main floor and one is upstairs in the Reference Department. Letter and legal size, single-sided copies are available, and cost $0.20 per page.
Microfilm Scanners
The library has two microfilm scanners which allow you to save an image from our microfilm collection to a flash drive. Library staff can assist you in emailing the images or printing them for $0.20 per page.
Tours
Tours of the Adult, Children's and Reference Departments are available for groups including job clubs and ESL. Please contact the Library at 604-527-4660.
