These circles are volunteer-led and are for all levels of English. They are also free. Come and join the conversation, practice your English, learn about Canadian culture, build your speaking confidence, and connect with other learners!\n \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION!!\n\nYou may only register for either morning or afternoon but not both\nClasses are held at the Welcome Centre, 820 6th St, New Westminster, (604) 517-6200\nClass limited to 20 students. Registrants 21-30 will be put on a waitlist.\nPlease register – see registration option below!\n\nThis program is offered through a partnership between the New Westminster Public Library and the New Westminster School District’s Welcome Center.\n
