Due to the Covid-19 library closure, we are not currently accepting room booking requests. You may submit a request once the library has fully re-opened. Please note that we will be unable to reply to any inquiries sent to the room bookings email during the closure.
The Main Branch of the Library has four meeting rooms available for the public to use. Please check the information provided below for details about the rooms.
When not being used by the library, these rooms are available to New Westminster not-for-profit organizations for meetings and public programs of an informational, educational, cultural or philanthropic nature. Some rooms are also available as study rooms.
