There are two ways you can request a room booking:

Email your request to email@example.com.
If you send an email, we require the following information:
- Your contact information and your group’s name
- The type of meeting you’re going to be holding
- The number of people you expect to attend
- Which room you’re interested in using
- At least 3 days and times that will work for you
Please note that most available times are in the evening and on the weekend and that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the most popular days.
All room users must ensure that the rooms are put back to their original condition after use, including furniture and technology returned to the standard set-up, and all garbage and recycling put into the proper receptacles.
There is additional study space available at the Queensborough branch. This is available on a first-come, first served basis and cannot be reserved.
