Pride Season

Pride Season is a term that refers to the wide range of Pride events that take place over the summer (June to September) when 2SLGBTQI+ communities and allies come together to spotlight the resilience, celebrate the talent, and recognize the contributions of 2SLGBTQI+ communities.

To learn more, such as how today’s Pride gatherings emerged from large-scale protests for 2SLGBTQI+ rights, check out Pride Season.

At the Library

At both library branches, check out displays featuring books curated by our staff to support your Pride Season learning journey. You can borrow any book from the displays that catches your eye — just grab it and check it out!
