Accessing Free Legal Information

Courthouse Libraries BC serves both the legal community and the public across BC by providing access to reliable legal information,  librarian expertise, and informed referrals to help people research and manage their own legal issues.

This session will provide an overview of the free services available to the public, including the legal resources on our public computers, and services available in-person, phone and email. The presenters will also demonstrate Clicklaw, an easily searchable collection of legal information for British Columbians dealing with commonly experienced legal topics, such as divorce & separation, probate, wills, and tenancy.
