Two hands hold a small knitting project in progress in turquoise wool.

Knitting 101

Come join our beginner knitting class to learn the basics. Knitting uses two needles to create stitches and loops of yarn in a row.  We will learn how to make a small coaster using medium weight yarn and a pair of 5 mm needles to cast-on, knit stitch, purl stitch and bind-off.

Knitting needles and yarn will be provided.

Suitable for ages 8+. Those under age 10 must attend with an adult.
