- Check the room’s availability.
- Submit a room booking request using our online form.
- Library staff will respond to your request within 72 hours.
The earlier you can submit your request, the more likely we are able to accommodate it. We recommend you plan to submit your booking request a minimum of 7 days ahead of your desired date(s). Requests can be submitted up to one year in advance. We will do our best to accommodate short notice requests but we can’t guarantee a response with less than 72 hours of notice.
