  • Mental Health: counselling, addictions, and personal recovery goals
  • Population-specific: Immigrants/refugees, BIPOC, disability and LGBTQ2S+ services

Since 2016, Canadians have been able to choose to have Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) if they meet specific criteria laid out in Federal and Provincial legislation. The library is offering an information session presented by Fraser Health to learn about MAiD, the eligibility requirements, the steps required for approval, and what supports are in place from the medical community.
