Printing, Copying & Scanning

Printing, copying and scanning are available at both branches

Printing:
  • Printing is available from all of our public computers
  • Printing is also available through our Mobile Print feature which allows you to print from home or a mobile device
  • All printing must be picked up at the information desk
  • Printing cost is .20 cents per page and can be paid for with Cash or Credit Card
  • Printing is in black and white only
  • Single-sided only
Copying:
  • Photocopying is available
  • Copies cost .20 cents per page and must be paid with Cash
  • The copier accepts coins or bills
  • Black and white only
  • Single-sided only
Scanning:
  • Self-serve scanning directly to Email or to a USB (You may bring your own USB, purchase a USB from the library or  temporarily borrow a USB from the library)

Mobile Printing

Please pick up mobile print jobs the same day during branch hours

There are 3 ways you can do mobile printing through the library.

Mobile printing by email:
  • If you wish to send multiple documents at the same time you must use this option.
  • For letter size, send the email with the document attached to nwpl-main-letter@printspots.com
  • For legal size, send the email with the document attached to nwpl-main-legal@printspots.com
  • Pick up your printouts at the information desk
  • Print jobs are only available for pick up on the same day
Mobile printing through the Web Portal:
  • Go to the Printspots Web Portal
    • Choose the paper size (letter or legal)
    • Enter your email address
    • Select your file
    • Click on the green print button
  • Pick up your printouts at the information desk
  • Print jobs are only available for pick up on the same day
Mobile printing use the PrinterOn app:
  • Download the PrinterOn app for iOS or Android
  • Search for New Westminster to add our printer.
  • On Apple devices, upload files from Dropbox, iCloud, or Photos
  • On Android devices, upload files from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneBox, or your Device.
  • Pick up your printouts at the information desk
  • Print jobs are only available for pick up on the same day
