Financial Literacy: Tax 101

In partnership with Family Services of Greater Vancouver, join us to learn more about how to file your Canadian taxes.

Filing taxes is necessary to access many government benefits.

However, we understand that many folks have barriers to filing taxes. For some of us, English isn’t our first language. Others of us are missing the required identification documents. No matter what complications are preventing you from filing your taxes, we can help. Our experts assist you step by step, answer your questions along the way, and collaborate with you to overcome obstacles.

This workshop will be offered in a hybrid model – it will be presented in person at the Main Branch of the Library or you can attend from home via Zoom.  The Zoom link will be sent to all participants a few days before the session. The session will not be recorded. Registration required.
